Istanbul University Criminal Justice and Criminology Student Club organised the fifth annual School of Criminology on the 7th and 8th of December 2024. The theme of this year's event was "Violence against Women from the Perspective of Criminal Justice and Criminology". Centre member Gökçeçiçek Ayata participated in the event with her presentation titled "The Role of Law in Preventing Violence Against Women".
