Academy of European Law (ERA) based in Trier, Germany provides a seminar on EU disability law and the UN Convention on Rights of Persons with Disabilities in 27-28 March 2017. The aim of the seminar is to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and legal tools to use the UN Convention combined with the relevant EU law in their daily practice. Legal practitioners, members of NGOs and equality bodies with a legal background, law academics from an EU Member State and those candidate countries and EEA/EFTA countries which have decided to participate in the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme shoud attend the seminar. Travel expenses will be reimbursed up to a maximum amount and maximum two nights’ hotel accommodation will be covered directly by ERA. Applications can be made until 17 February 2017.
