The project is carried out simultaneously in various European states. Civil Society Development Center (STGM) is the main partner in Turkey. Within the context of the project, in order to inform the general public on individual constitutional complaint procedure, Istanbul Bilgi University Human Rights Law Research Center has published a manual in Turkish and disseminated it to relevant NGOs, academics and lawyers.
