The regional/international conference on "Citizenhip and Human Security", co-organised by the Helsinki Citizens' Assembly, European Institute and Human Rights Law Research Centre of the Istanbul Bilgi University is a centrepiece event of a collaborative working process to build a “Citizens’ Network for Peace, Reconcilliation and Human Security” from below, beyond borders. The conference was held at Istanbul Bilgi University Dolapdere Campus on 23-24-25 January 2015.
