This was a comprehensive project run by Directorate General of Migration Management and International Organization for Migration that Asst. Prof. Dr. Lami Bertan Tokuzlu participated representing the Human Rights Law Research Center as a trainer at a number of migration law seminars for the staff of a variety of ministries.
