On 14 October 2009, M&SD International, the knowledge dispute resolution center of Italy's ADR Center, in conjunction with Hamline University Law School (consistently rated in the top five in dispute resolution among all law schools in the US) in cooperation with İstanbul Bilgi University Human Rights Law Research Center presented the “Negotiation at its Best” course.

Renowned teachers from top-ranked universities in the US and Europe presented this negotiation one-day workshop, followed by the “Future of Negation Teaching Symposium”, on 15-16-17 October 2009. The main topics of the workshop were Learning the Essentials of Negotiation, Dealing with Difficult Tactics, Negotiation Skill Development and Dealing with Negotiation and Relationship Management. Certificate of Attendance was issued for each day.
