Aleksandar Lojpur (The President of the Commission for Truth and Reconciliation, Belgrade), Zivorad Kovacevic (Igman Initiative) and Toni Vukicevic (Lawyer of "Lora Case") were the speakers of the panel.

A Panel on "Legal and Philosophical Approach to the Human Rights" was conducted on 10 December 2002.
