The 6th Human Rights Activism Lecture was conducted on 22 March 2003. Dr. Ümit Biçer, (Society of Forensic Medicine Specialists), and Dr. Ümit Şahin, (Association of Doctors for Environment) gave a speech on "War and Doctors: Observations of the Turkish Medical Association on Palestine".
