"On the Way to a New Constitution Conference" was organised on 15 October 2011 by Human Rights Law Research Center in cooperation with FES (Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung) Küreyel and TÜSES. The most reputable experts of constitutional law from South Africa, Spain, Poland and Germany participated and they presented the experiences of their home countries' constitution making process after extreaordinary and crisis periods.

The conference was held in two sessions and the speakers were Prof. Dr. Hans-Peter-Schneider (Germany), Prof. Dr. Carles Viver (Spain), Dr. Albie Sachs (South Africa), Prof. Miroslaw Wyrzykowski (Poland), Prof. Dr. Mithat Sancar (Turkey) and Prof. Dr. Turgut Tarhanlı (Turkey).
