Association for Monitoring Equal Rights has published "Guide for Civil Society Organisations for Monitoring Discrimination Based on Race or Ethnic Origin" (in Turkish). The guide is prepared by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ulaş Karan, member of the Law Faculty of Istanbul Bilgi University. The topics covered in the guide are the following:
