This evaluation and impact assessment report is about the education program conducted in the framework of the Strengthening Women’s Access to Justice Project implemented by Mor Çatı (Purple Roof) Women’s Shelter Foundation in partnership with Istanbul Bilgi University Human Rights Law Research Center and financially supported by Sabancı Foundation. The report displays the findings of the evaluation and impact assessment study conducted for the education program entitled “Seminars on Legislation on Combating Discrimination and Violence against Women”. The main objective of the project implemented between July 2018-July 2019 was to strengthen access to justice mechanisms of women who are subject to violence and discrimination, by increasing the level of knowledge, skills and awareness of women lawyers on international conventions, national legislation and practice in the field of violence against women and increasing the quality of legal aid that women receive from lawyers.
