The second meeting of the Academic Freedom Advocacy Team, of which the first one was held at santralistanbul Campus on 23-24 October 2009, hosted by İstanbul Bilgi Üniversity Human Rights Law Research Center and sponsored by Network for Education & Academic Rights (NEAR) and Scholars at Risk Network (SAR), organised on 16-17 January 2012 at Istanbul Bilgi University's Dolapdere Campus.
